Varcadipane & Pinnisi, P.C. is proud to announce the well-deserved promotion of attorney Joseph C. Stimmel to the position of Senior Associate. This promotion reflects Joseph’s unwavering commitment to our clients and his remarkable ability to handle complex litigation matters with integrity and skill.

A senior litigation associate, Joseph C. Stimmel has dedicated himself to guiding clients through their greatest legal challenges with a focus on personal injury, employment, commercial, and other civil litigation areas across New Jersey and New York. His diligence and legal prowess have been instrumental in representing both plaintiffs and defendants, from individuals to corporations, in often high-stakes cases involving millions of dollars.

Joseph’s career is marked by his extensive hands-on experience in litigation, beginning from the initial Complaint stage through trial. Before his tenure with our firm, he honed his litigation expertise at several prestigious, large law firms, where he tackled a variety of civil litigation matters.

His legal insight is also shaped by a significant judicial clerkship in the New Jersey state trial court under the mentorship of the Honorable Michael Cresitello, Jr., and a federal court judicial internship for the Honorable Esther Salas. These experiences in different courts accorded him invaluable perspectives on the intricacies of trial procedures and judicial rulings.

Mr. Stimmel is an active participant in the Brennan-Vanderbilt Inn of Court, engaging consistently in advanced litigation training and mentorship from vastly experienced trial attorneys and from state and federal court judges. In addition, his ability to offer legal services in both English and Spanish solidifies his role as a versatile advocate attuned to the needs of diverse clients.
