Position Summary: Varcadipane & Pinnisi, P.C. is a civil litigation law firm that practices in New York, New Jersey, and Florida. We handle a very selective caseload which includes complex commercial litigation matters and catastrophic personal injury cases. We are seeking a highly organized, reliable, and professional Executive Assistant to provide administrative support.

Responsibilities: The Executive Assistant responsibilities will include:

  • Various administrative tasks, including managing partners’ calendars and tasks
  • Schedule meetings / travel / accommodations and handle other arrangements for important firm business
  • Prepare correspondences and reports on behalf of the executives
  • Coordinating and updating relevant case information in the firm’s comprehensive case management systems

Required Skills/Knowledge: At least 1-3 years of legal and/or executive assistance experience is preferred. The ideal candidate must have excellent communication and organizational skills.
