Meet Emma M. Duffy

Emma Duffy is a paralegal and the marketing manager for the firm.

As a paralegal, Ms. Duffy provides legal and administrative support to our attorneys by maintaining the firm’s calendar, answering calls, coordinating consultations, scheduling depositions, handling court filings, and preparing various legal documents.

As the marketing manager, Ms. Duffy is responsible for coordinating various social media and digital advertising projects. She also assists with supporting the firm’s marketing campaigns and charity programs.

Prior to joining the Firm, Ms. Duffy gained valuable experience as a legal intern at Kazmierczak Law. As a legal intern she answered calls, organized case files, and assisted with daily administrative tasks. Prior to commencing her legal career, Ms. Duffy worked in the real estate industry as an intern at EXIT Realty East Coast. In this capacity, she collaborated with the Broker of Record to obtain OPRA requests from municipalities, file client documents, and assist in the organization of campaigns.

Ms. Duffy attended Monmouth University where she graduated with a bachelor’s degree in business administration and a minor in legal studies. Throughout her college years, Emma balanced her academic commitments and professional work experience by working at Pink Moon Boutique as a clothing model and sales associate. She was also a student athlete at Monmouth University and played for the girls’ club lacrosse team.
