Meet Brad Prestiano

Brad Prestiano is a law clerk with the firm. In this role, Mr. Prestiano assists each attorney with a variety of matters ranging from legal research of specific issues, to drafting motions, briefs, and legal arguments .

Mr. Prestiano is currently a student at Rutgers Law School and is expected to graduate in May of 2025. Prior to joining the firm, he worked at a firm in NYC that specialized in real estate, business law, and estate planning. Mr. Prestiano had an opportunity to assist with the litigation of a contested will. This sparked his passion for litigation. At Rutgers, Mr. Prestiano is an associate editor for the Rutgers Race & The Law Review and is a Constitutional Law teaching fellow for Professor Carlos Gonzalez.

Prior to law school, Mr. Prestiano was a paralegal at a boutique elder law firm in Portland, Maine for 3 years. He worked closely with the attorneys and clients to execute documents with the probate court. Mr. Prestiano also provided support to clients and attorneys on Medicare applications and review for submission to the Maine Department of Health and Human Services. He completed estate and trust accounting for beneficiaries and courts.

Mr. Prestiano earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Bryant University with a dual concentration in Finance and Economics. In his freshman year he played on the Football team.

In his free time, Mr. Prestiano can be found on the golf course, lifting weights, or reading about history.
