Our law firm is proud to announce that one of its founding members, Jeffrey W. Varcadipane was recently designated by the Supreme Court of the State of New Jersey, as a certified trial attorney. The Supreme Court grants this distinction only to those attorneys who are able to demonstrate sufficient levels of experience, education, knowledge, and skill in civil trial practice. Candidates must provide an extensive and detailed history of actual matters litigated before the Courts in New Jersey and tried to verdict. Prior to receiving attorney certification, candidates must also pass a rigorous written examination related to civil trial law and must demonstrate an unblemished reputation by submitting a list of attorneys and judges who will attest to their character and abilities as trial lawyers. Certification is granted to less than five percent (5%) percent of the attorneys admitted to practice law in the State of New Jersey.
